How to use our website
Finding the item you want
There are 3 ways of finding the item you want to buy.
1. If you know the name of the item just type it in the search
box on the top left hand side on our home page and then click
on search button. This will take you to that items page or
if there is more than one item with similar name then it will
list all those items.
2. If you know the item will be under a particular category
or want to buy items in a particular category then just click
on that category link on our home page and it will list all
the items in that category.
3. If you are short of time and want fast access to the product
of your choice or you have already made up your mind about
any or all of the following: a) your budget for the item,
b) category of the item, c) age group for which you want to
buy the item for, d) Gender of the person you want to buy
an item for, e) Brand name under which the item falls then
you can you use our Gift/Toy finder on the left of the page
to search for the items exactly matching your criteria.
Adding item/s to your shopping basket
Once you have decided what you want to buy and searched for
that item, you can click on that item and it will take you
to the item details page where you can read the detailed description
of the item. Click on the Add To Basket button to add the
item to your shopping basket. You will be taken to the view
basket page after this where you can see items you added to
the basket. To continue shopping more items click on continue
button.
You can add as many items you like to your shopping basket
in a similar manner. You can also remove the items added to
shopping basket by clicking on the small box in front of the
item you want to remove. A tick sign will appear in the box.
You can now click update button to remove this item from the
basket. In similar fashion you can change the quantity of
a particular item by typing in new quantity in the qty box
against that item and then clicking the update button.
Checkout
Once you have finished adding or removing items to your basket,
you are now ready to check out. Just click on the checkout
button on the view basket page. At this stage, if you have
not signed in, we will ask you to enter your Kuku's world
user id (your email id) and password. Once you enter them
and click on sign-in it will take you to delivery information
page. If you do not have a Kuku's world user id and password,
you would be required to create a new account with us by clicking
on register button and submitting few details on registration
page including your email address which will be treated as
Kuku's world user id and password of your choice. You will
use the same user id and password for all your subsequent
visits to Kuku's world.
Delivery Information
Here you can use your current shipping address (Address you
entered while registering with us) or enter a new shipping
address. To enter different shipping address click the change
address button. Then you choose shipping method if more than
one shipping methods are allowed. Click continue button to
go to the payment information page.
Payment Information
Here you can choose from available payment method, which can
be either cash on delivery, online payment or Cheque/DD mode.
For cash on delivery your billing address should be same as
your shipping address. Please note that if you have chosen
different addresses for billing and delivery with the cash
on delivery method your billing address will be used as your
delivery address. If you choose online payment method you
will be taken to our payment gateway provider's page where
you can choose various payment option like credit cards, other
cards or online bank account. For more details please check

Order confirmation
Here you will be shown the summary of your order. Once you
click on confirm order it cannot be changed. You will now
be informed on the status of your order by emails from us.
Tracking your order
You can also track the status of your order anytime by going
to the My Account page.

What is a Shopping Basket?
An online shopping basket is similar to the shopping basket
you use in shops or big stores. You add items that you wish
to purchase into it and proceed to pay for your order.

My Account section allows you complete control over your purchases
at Kukusworld.com. You can manage your account information
like phone numbers, email ids etc. You can change your address
details here. You can change your user id and password. You
can subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters. And most importantly
you can track your orders from here and see all your past
orders.
What are your shipping charges?
We apply shipping charges on all products you purchase from
us. They start from Rs.50/- per order. For high valued orders
we waive our shipping charges. The order amount at which we
waive shipping charges can change from time to time without
prior notice.
What is your shipping policy?
We normally ship in 6-8 working days. There may be a delay
in shipping your order due to unforeseen circumstances beyond
our control. However we will inform you by email if there
is any such delay.
What locations do you deliver?
We deliver to most places and cities in India. More details can
be found on our delivery section.
What do I do in case I receive a defective or damaged
item?
If you receive an item in a damaged or defective condition,
please email us at service@kukusworld.com. We will then get
the item collected and get it thoroughly checked. If we find
that the item is faulty we will send you a replacement immediately.
However we are not responsible for any accidental damage caused
by you.
Can I change the details of my order placed on your website?
No. We do not accept any changes to the details of your order
once it is placed on our website.
Can I cancel my order?
No. We do not accept any cancellations or any email requests
for order cancellations once the order has been placed and
after payment has been received by us.
What are the payment options at Kukusworld.com?
We have three payment options at Kukusworld.com depending
of product type.
1. Cash on Delivery
2. Online Payment.
3. Cheque / DD
In online payment we accept various credit/debit cards and
online bank accounts. For more details please check our Delivery,

How do I check the current status of my orders?
You can review the status and other information of all your
orders, whether pending or delivered, that you have placed
with Kukusworld.com from My Account page. This page will show
the last few orders you have placed with us. To view your
entire order history click on view the orders I have made.
After your order is shipped out from our website, we will
send you a mail with the shipping details.
What do I do if I have forgotten my Password?
If you have forgotten your password then click on My Account
link and then click on password-forgotten link. You will be
asked to enter the email address you use as user id on our
site and we will email you your password. You must remember
email id you use as user id on our website without that we
won't be able to send you your password.
Delivery, Payment options and Security
Delivery
We normally ship item in 6-8 working days. There may be a
delay in shipping an order due to unforeseen circumstances
beyond our control. However we will inform you by email if
there is any such delay. For cash on delivery mode the delivery
address should be same as billing address. Please note that
if you have chosen different addresses for billing and delivery
with the cash on delivery method your billing address will
be used as your delivery address.
